After you buy
Refund policy
The short version: if something went wrong on our side, we refund without making you fight for it. If you simply changed your mind after opening the course, we cannot.
Why there is no blanket money-back guarantee
Our courses are digital and are delivered the instant you pay. To make that possible you tick a box at checkout confirming that you want immediate access and that you therefore give up the 14-day right of withdrawal — this is article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, and it is explained in full in our terms of sale.
So we do not advertise a "satisfied or your money back" promise, because we could not honour it consistently and we would rather not print a promise we would later have to wriggle out of. What follows is what we actually do.
What we refund, without argument
- You were charged twice for the same course. We refund the duplicate.
- Access never worked. You paid, and the course never appeared in your account — and we could not fix it.
- You received the wrong item — a different course from the one you ordered, and you would rather have your money back than a swap.
- A technical fault on our side that we cannot repair within a reasonable time and that stops you using what you paid for.
- The order was not made by you. Tell us; we refund and secure the account.
In these cases we do not ask you to prove you tried hard enough. We look at the order, we see the problem, we refund.
What we cannot refund
- You read the course and changed your mind about buying it.
- You have not started it, or you did not find the time.
- You did not pass the end-of-course quiz. There is no limit on retakes, so there is nothing to refund.
- The course did not produce a result it never claimed to produce. Every course page says what is inside before you pay, precisely so this does not happen.
How to ask
Use the contact form and give us three things: the email address on the order, the course name, and what went wrong. Please ask within 14 days of the charge where you can — later is not a refusal, but it is harder for us to check.
We reply within two working days. If we accept, the refund goes back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of our acceptance; your bank then takes its own few days. If we refuse, we tell you why in writing rather than going quiet.
What happens to your access
When a course is refunded, enrolment in that course is withdrawn and any attestation issued for it is revoked. That is automatic, and it is the counterpart of the refund.
Before you call your bank
A chargeback costs us the amount, a fee, and the chance to fix your problem — and it usually takes longer for you than simply writing to us. Please give us one message first. If we have got it wrong, we would rather find out from you.
If we cannot agree
You may refer the dispute free of charge to our consumer mediator, FEVAD, within one year of your first written complaint to us:
This does not remove your right to go to court, and nothing on this page limits the protections French consumer law gives you — including the legal guarantee of conformity.
